安全な経鼻気管挿管方法の確立に関する研究

通常、手術中に患者さんの呼吸を助けるためには気道確保が必要です。多くの手術では、口から管を入れる経口気管挿管が一般的ですが、歯科口腔外科の手術や頭頸部の手術では鼻から挿管する経鼻気管挿管が適しています。経鼻気管挿管は便利な方法ですが、鼻の出血やチューブの誤挿入などのリスクもあります。そのため、安全に行うためには適切な技術と最新の研究が欠かせません。現在、我々は、より安全で確実な経鼻気管挿管を行うための方法が研究しており、患者さんへの負担を減らす取り組みを進めています。
